He brings that financial perspective to buyers evaluating opportunities, structuring partnerships, and building enduring platforms.
Parker is a founder and licensed professional with 10+ years of experience in commercial transactions. Before building his own firm, he spent years at Google building and scaling software products — a background he now puts to work helping buyers use technology, sharpen operating models, and evaluate the businesses they want to build around.
